Refund policy
Eligibility
Returns and refunds are accepted only for the following valid reasons:
- Product arrived damaged
- Product is defective
- Incorrect item delivered
Required Evidence
To process a return/refund claim, customers must provide:
- An unboxing video showing the product being opened (mandatory)
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Order number and original packaging details
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Products used or damaged after delivery
- Products without original packaging (where packaging is essential)
- Hygiene-sensitive items if opened/used (e.g., innerwear, cosmetics)
Refund Timeline
After verification, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
