Refund policy

Eligibility

Returns and refunds are accepted only for the following valid reasons:

  • Product arrived damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Incorrect item delivered

Required Evidence

To process a return/refund claim, customers must provide:

  • An unboxing video showing the product being opened (mandatory)
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Order number and original packaging details

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products used or damaged after delivery
  • Products without original packaging (where packaging is essential)
  • Hygiene-sensitive items if opened/used (e.g., innerwear, cosmetics)

Refund Timeline

After verification, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
